According to latest news coming in, Supreme Court's earlier
decision in Bhatia International v. Bulk Trading SA has been
overruled in the eagerly awaited decision of
Bharat Aluminum v. Kaiser Aluminum. The decision comes after 8
months since the constitutional bench was set up by Chief Justice
Kapadia. We had mentioned about it here in December.
The decision is seen as a major breakthrough in the
