Errors in translation of institutional rules: an interesting post

The curse of Babel seems to be having its impact on arbitration too. This post by Isabelle Liger lists 100 errors in translation of institutional arbitration rules. Rules in Chinese, Korean, Japanese, English and French have been subjected to analysis. The work is commendable simply because it is not every day that one comes across an individual or a group of individuals capable of analysing texts in so many different languages.
